Booking Terms and Conditions

You can make a booking by e-mail, fax , telephone, by completing the application form and sending it to the E.C.T. office.

A non-returnable deposit of £100.00 is payable when you book.
The balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.

On receipt of the above, we will confirm your booking in writing and will send you details of your course and accommodation

BY CREDIT CARD
We accept most credit cards, but there will be an additional small fee payable, to cover the bank charges.

We must be in receipt of the full amount before you start the course. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of your course.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before your course is due to start, you will lose the deposit of £100.00.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the course, we will charge a one week cancellation fee.

OUR AIM IS THAT EVERY STUDENT WILL ENJOY THEIR COURSE; WE HOPE IT WILL EXCEED THEIR EXPECTATIONS, BUT SHOULD ANY PROBLEMS ARISE, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WE ARE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, AS WE SHALL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY, ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT NEWTON ABBOT.
